Notary Rates

My rates are based on a combination of Notary and Travel Fees. The States of Oregon and Washington have mandated that Notary Fees will not exceed $10 per signature. Travel Fees are based on the State per-mile adjustment (0.585 per mile) and distance from the Beaverton area.  

  • Example: A single document notarized in the Beaverton area would likely cost $50. ($40 for Travel, $10 for the single signature.) 

The States of Oregon and Washington require a rates sheet be posted or made available. It can be downloaded here.

  • Remote Online Notarizations      [per notary seal] $ 25

  • Apostille Facilitation (via UPS Shipping - 4 day turn) - First Page $ 150

  • Apostille Facilitation (Live same day / next day ) $ 300

    • Apostille Facilitation  - Each additional Page regardless of method $ 75

Remote Online Notarization

As of August 1, 2020, Oregon legalized Remote Online Notarizations (RON). These are done over The Internet using the SignIX platform. Rates are as follows:

$ 25.00 - Per Each Notarization

$ 250.00 - Minimum cost for signing a loan Package. 

The Final result will be a return PDF with all the proper signatures, notarizations, and embedded certificates.
